    Do visitors need an app?

    No. They scan the code and the chat opens in WhatsApp.

    What if the AI doesn't know an answer?

    It doesn't guess. It answers only from your product information and hands anything else to your sales team.

    Who owns the leads?

    You do. See them in your dashboard or download them anytime. We use them only to run your assistant and dashboard, and never sell or share them.

    How is visitors' information handled?

    The assistant asks only what's needed to understand the enquiry. Visitors are told their details go to your company, and can skip any question.

    Can we follow up on WhatsApp?

    Yes, about what they asked for. The assistant asks if they're happy to be contacted, and your dashboard shows the answer. Promotional messages need their opt-in.

    Is this a subscription?

    No. One fixed fee per exhibition.

    Does it connect to our CRM?

    Not yet. The Excel and CSV files import into most CRMs. Direct integrations are planned.

    We have more than one stall. Does that work?

    Yes. Each stall gets its own standee, and pricing is based on stall count.
